The seller wants to show pictures of the truck, but does not want to sell any parts off the truck. They also want to have a low listing price, and does not actually want to sell anything.
This is just a fishing expedition to find out what the truck is. Then it can be listed correctly and gain the most attention the first time it is listed to actually sell as everyone else said.
I have seen other sellers do this, list an item, and show a picture of something oddball they need IDed.
If they only had the Power Wagon forum they would be all set, right? :-)
