says by their figuring the gov't paid $24,000 for every car that people wouldn't have bought otherwise. In other words most of the C4C cars would have been bought with or without the gov't subsidy. Obama responded that Edmunds basically doesn't know anything about cars, about what cars are worth, or about why people buy therm.
