The latest FFPWs had the /6 shoe horned in. Many modern engines would fit better, and have the same power. Plus better mileage and dependability.

I wonder some time about the 4.3 Chevy V-6. That ought to leave lots of room for rigging it up, wiithout special radiator, water pumps, etc.
