wheel/tire size advice needed

I just picked up my first power wagon and I'm so pumped! Its a 65 W200. One owner and it mint. I wanted to retrofit it with some new wheels and tires. Does anybody know what size tires would be best? It has a stock 318 poly 4x4. Also, any ideas on the pros/cons of a retrofit carb/intake and headers? I'm new to this so any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
