That one looks a lot different. Yours looks like it has a regular gas engine driving some sort of gearbox. This one has no gears or any other moving parts as near as I can tell, except for the piston that goes up and down and drive the cutting tool directly. That's why I say it's like the gas powered pogo stick I once saw. The fins and the spark plug are right on the cylindrical housing in line with tool and the handles, not off to the side like yours. I still can't figure out what the power cord is for. If you need to plug it in to make the spark for the motor, that kind of defeats the whole point of it being portable it seems to me. The pogo stick had a magneto to make its spark.
