Looking at a WDX. Pass door plate reads "VIN 83901 001" (which should be a '46 Detroit truck number 1000?) axles "8700 lbs" and engine "74 (94?) hp" @ "2800 rpm" Another smaller plate below it in the door jam reads "4312-112" I think it was originally green. What is the data on smaller plate, 4312-12? Any more info available from this data? Thanks.
