Had the same problem after I drilled out the studs and replaced them. Was really bent out of shape after all that work! Picked up a set of helicoil inserts and drilled the new holes, NO LEAKS!!!!!!!!!!Sure solved the problem.
First check to see that the studs have been put in till they bottom out, they may need to be snugged up a bit.
I used an air conditioning sealer called "leak lock" that is used for high compression pumps. You have to clean the holes with denatured alcohol before you use it, but its great stuff.
