Yes that's mine, and its an old picture. I now have combat rims I bought from Jonas, and I found a set of good 9.00x16 NDT's at the Puyallup, WA 4x4 swap meet for $200 (no dualies).
To tell you the truth, I have never measured the gas milage, but is probably between 12 and 15 mpg. With a load it does fine on the flat and a slight grade, but anything more and it slows down. A 4700 lbs truck and a 2000 lbs load is alot to pull for a v6.
If I was to do it again, I would probably go with a v8. I was originally going to put in a 350, but the block I had was bad, and I had a good 231 to rebuild. The nice thing about the 231 is, it fits perfect, and the 231 and SM465 tranny I used are shorter than the stock setup.
