Is it actually a bar folder? (good for making tight bends in light material) Looks like everything I see online indicates Model #63 is only good up to 22Ga. so 16 would really be pushing it. If it could even begin the bend it might flex in the middle and cause a rounded/ radius bend. $250 does seem to be a great price.

You probably would want to find a heavier finger brake if you are planing on making floor patches.
