Let's see now;
1. Winch means open cab, so the cab has been changed. I don't see rear window grille but I do see side slide screen mounts - may or may not be a military cab.
2. Tailgate is civilian DODGE script, fenders do really look like they were made.
No good photos of engine or bed sides to tell seat type. Definitely a military bed (centre stake pocket) but could have come from open or closed cab.
I'd give it a home, but it would need rebuilt with the right parts.
