weird-brake problem-please help !

I installed a brand new mstr.cylinder in my 1964 dodge two ton truck,new wheel cyls. bled the system real well,adjusted the brakes yet the pedal goes down almost to the floorboard still????? Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
