I have never owned a truck with a brake booster, so I didn't even think about that possibility. That very well may be where is is supposed to attach. Hopefully someone else who has a booster equipped model will chime in.

Spence, are you reading?

The only real problem I see with attaching something to that port that is not supposed to be there, is that it may possibly prevent the system from properly ventilating moisture and gasses from the engine block.
