yes all bearing ,synro assy ,I think new input & output .. \that was a full rebuild , I found with a few of ray V-8 conversion some time make noise do to angel of ujoint drive line trans to transfer I've have to adjust rear mount up or down to get a better angel and one time had to readjusted transfer too . there are some a rattle or gear roll noise in early np435 trans didn’t come with loader spring under first gear later np435 did .. .
also check ring and pinion make noise in 3rd too . best tool for this is a Chassis Ears
