Obviously you have no problem thinking up ideas of your own, but seeing your truck sets my imagination in high gear:
This maybe would be more appropriate for the North Woods, rather than the Cape, but I can see that truck looking real nice with a birch canoe tied to a luggage rack on top and a teardrop woodie trailer in tow behind. I'll bet a restored teardrop trailer, or a reproduction, would be no problem for the guys who crafted your woodwork.
