This was probably Clint's old truck. When he time traveled here from the 1800's he tried to get back to the past by building up a flux capicitor system on his truck. His downfall was he picked a Power Wagon and couldn't get over 50 MPH.
This is the reason he Clint/Sven is still here and probably just forgot to take that leftover piece out. My guess is the truck is NOT green and that is the reason he let it go. ;) Kevin
