Along with what others have said, check with most big truck repair shops. They deal with broken leaf springs all the time and normally bend their own ubolts onsite. They have charts with lengths and radii all worked out.
I wanted mine out of stainless and nobody had them in the size I needed. Ended up getting straight length and bending them myself.
