No, they did not. On military frames the center internal bar that attaches the 2 frames is about twice as long as well. It is this way so the slide attachments have a solid base which attach to.
There are 7 screws on EACH side attaching the halves compared to the Power Wagon and civys 4 per side. Dimensionally the same though.
