2nd window popped right in, so I pried the first one out, removed the rubber from it, and checked the fit to the frame. One corner was 1/8" too tall, and still too tall half way across.
So junk my #5 spray gun, re-thread some holes, and now I have a Devilbiss spray mister to keep the glass cool while I grind it. Just a couple minutes on the diamond grinder, and it pops right in first time, no wrestling match required.
Seat belts, seat, 20 bolts in the bed, seven wires to put connectors on, and I get to move all of my rolling stock and take it out for public show!
Seat re-upholstery comes later, it will only need a couple trips through the gate, that dog is quick and sneaky...
