Itīs in the Us and already has a title but I canīt get any info out of some sort of system because none of them go back far enough and vin no.s have 17 characters instead of 8---for some reason if itīs in a system somewhere(auto fax etc.) they can just copy that---why they canīt just copy it off the title is beyond me---apparently it is for customs and taxe reasons as there has to be an "authorized" value of some kind
