I have had my fair share of fuel problems with my WC12 in the past 10 years.
One of the main problem sources was the gasket on the fuel pump sediment bowl. The second was the fuel pump diaphram. The third was a cracked double flare on the fuel line. The rusted out pick up tube in the fuel tanks was hard to diagnose.
I used a vacuum gauge and hand operated vacuum pump to chase down many problems.
