I have a press at home but a big vice would do just as well for pressing in the bushings.
Mine were badly worn so I ended up using a hacksaw blade to score through the bushing (being careful not to go into the lever) and then worked them out with a little help from a small screwdriver.
As Kieth said you'll probably have to do the shaft too. Mine was also badly worn but I plan on making a new mount anyway since I want to do a Cummins conversion on my truck.
