A fried of mine here told me a story about Scotland. He was living there for his job, and he went out to play golf. It looked like they were going to get wet during the round. He asked a local if he thought they would get rained on. The local pointed to a nearby hill and said, if you can see that hill, it is not raining YET. If you can't see it, it already is raining.
