Because it is enviro friendly, it is getting more common. Lot's of fabrication shops are doing PC.
Fred has one 'spray booth' for sand blasting, one for spraying the powder, one that is actually an oven. All the parts hung on a rolling 'garment rack', then rolled from room to room. All set up to do large fence sections.
So, look for fence companies in your area? Or sand blasters? I got turned on to Fred's by checking at the local brick/block/sand/ silica sand dealer.
Bring cash. Or homebrew. 8^)
