Only two choices, Stihl or Husky. Choose whichever has the best service and dealers in your area. I have both that are 10 years old, a 18" Husky (slightly lighter than the comparable stihl) and a larger Stihl. I use the Husky for 90% of my work these days. Both are great saws. I gave up on the others years ago, and now I cut rather than trying to start.
