Don I fully appreciate your goal, and wish I was closer than 80 miles to a supply of biodiesel. I tend to see the problems associated running far deeper than EPA, and being seriously neglected by the production end of the line.
Since the producers stand to suffer the largest loss, why isn't that end of the industry addressing the issues of contamination, end user ability to assess fuel quality at delivery, and user storage as well as the believed problems with bio's cleaning of systems and delivering the crap to injectors?
