If so, are you on the title as a lienholder? If so, under most state laws, you can just repossess, just like the guys on TV ("replevin"). Or, you can hire the guys on TV (or others like them) to repo the car for you, and pay them a fee for doing it.
If you are not a lienholder, then shame on you, you should have done that when you transfered title if he was going to owe you money on the truck. Please tell me you at least have something in writing.
You can sue him, and possibly get a judge to order that the truck not be transfered pending the outcome of litigation ("injunctive relief"), and if you win, the judge could order the truck turned back over to you in addition to mo' money.
