A man offered to buy my 1954 PW back in December. The deal was as follows:
A ten-percent non-refundable deposit, (which he paid).
Equal payments of $2,000 every two weeks until the balance was paid.
He paid me $2,000 four times, missing one payment.
He has paid nothing since March.
He does not respond to emails, phone calls to his cell phone, or voice-mails left at his place of business.
His secretary says he's not dead, brain dead, or on the lam.
Our agreement for this truck with no title, just a transferable registration, was that upon my receiving the total purchase amount I would prepare the truck for loading and he would send a transporter to my place to pick up the truck.
