My most sincere thank you to the Fraser Family for hosting the Berkshire Mountain
Power Wagon Rally. The Fraser family had everything organized for a wonderful rally, everything flowed seamlessly. Power Wagons to hot air balloon, super food to a great trail ride. tech talk to chatting, ideas and dreams shared.
New friends were made and nice visits with old friends. Lots of truck talk. One new friend came to the rally carrying a large picture album of the PW he is now restoring. It was interesting to look thru the album and see the great progress he is making in his resto, Welcome Jack !
When we returned from the trail ride on Saturday, a crew was setting up a hot air balloon for tethered flight in the large field where we camp. While the roast pork
dinner was being prepared everyone from the children to adults that wanted to experience balloon flight were given rides to a altitude of 75-100 feet. The rides continued to dark time. I have always wanted to experience hot air balloon flight.
We enjoyed a wonderful charcoal slow cooked Roast Pork dinner, followed by the raffle. We ended the evening sitting around a large camp fire till the wee hours of the morning talking.
Those who did not attend....missed a great PW Rally.
