NV4500

I have a "67 W220 crew cab with a 318 engine, NP435 transmission with a NP210 2 speed tranfer case. I would like to swap in a NV4500 transmission. Where do I begin? Transmission selection? Advanced Adapters? Do I need a different transfer case? Hydrulic clutch? Etc...
