I would agree with everyone that you should not sell, except for the fact that you have said you had to make that decision. I have sold cars, trucks, and guns to make house payments and to provide for my family. It's no fun and I deeply regret every sale. But you have to make the decision according to the goals and needs you have. Good luck. JH
