OT-413 ind. head question

Ok,I asked several months ago about my 413 and got good answers on how its a 73 413 industrial with the thick block and extra cooling ports in the heads.My next question(s) is can I put a set of 400 heads on this engine without killing it?If so,will a reg. RB intake fit?Should I put a different cam in at the same time(if the heads will work)?if so,which cam to give it low end torque and a LOPE at idle(LOL).Thanks, Rorry
