Electric brakes operate differently than hydraulic brakes. I see no way to modify hydraulic brakes to be operated electrically.
My suggestion would be to buy used take mobile home axles with electric brakes. Us then on the TRAILER. Put a electric brake controller on your PW and your good to go. I have bought take off mobile home axles with electric brakes very cheap in the past.
