The seller pushes you to make an offer then seems all offended if you offer anything less than twice what it's worth. Years ago I answered an ad for some canoe paddles and when I got to his house I decided against them so he wanted me to make an offer on some old life jackets. They were the old orange around the neck type. They were used and stained. I could have bought new ones for about eight bucks. I offered him three and he absolutely blew a cork. Never again.
