rims look like 8 lugs to me from the pic's I see.
That would mean that the axles came out of something else. 1957 W200's would have had 6 lug rims.
Not a bad looking parts truck. And would make a nice truck again if you had the right 6 lug axles to put back under it.
I have a few sets of 1957 W100, W200 loose axles here,
