what caused the head to crack ? overheating ?
perhaps you could locate someone with a pyrometer that you could use to see where the
hot spots (if any) might be by scanning the head areas.
you also might get a mechanical temp guage that you could install and see what the actual temperature is.
again if you had a cracked head then there is
an internal problem somewhere
