The shop manual shows using a flat nose punch in the screw slot. Using a hammer tap the punch to drive the screw Counter clockwise.
If its really rusted and will not move, heat the screw, but not so much that it changes color. Then touch a candle to the area around the bolt head...let cool, then repeat. Screw will probably then tap out with the punch.
If you heat the head so hot that the candle wax burns, the wax is not wicking into the threads. Let it cool until the wax melts and does not burn.
