Here is a photo (courtesy of Tom Petroff and posted on Phil's T137 site) of the Donaldson Valve (PCV valve) and plumbing attached to the intake manifold.

A short pipe can be seen exiting the passenger side of the intake manifold directly above the exhaust heat control valve. To the end of this pipe is threaded an elbow that points down. The upper end of the Donaldson Valve (outlet) threads directly into this elbow and is seen in the photo nearly black in color. The tubing from the lower (inlet) end of the Donaldson Valve angles over towards the engine block. Unseen under the exhaust manifold, it angles again and travels rearward parallel to the side of the block where it attaches to a special fitting that fits into the "draft tube" boss on the side of the engine block.
