I neede an out of province inspection on a vehicle,,A Canadian tire employee advised me to get a free safety check and while the wheels were off etc if no problems were forund THEN ask for the safety, otherwise it was 200 for the inspection weather it passed or not. When I talked shop with the service manager he was coll,, no extras, but a good idea anyhow, the vehicle wasn`t woth putting money into. The town I am neer are not sporting turbans YET
