Clunker Cash

Just came from the Chrysler dealership this afternoon. Spoke with the GM about stuff today. Chrysler just started a match/rebate deal and you CAN get clunker cash and incentives and rebates all together. If you play your cards right you could get 9000$ off a new vehicle depending on the clunker vehicle and the new vehicles MPG. 4500$ a piece. If not its 3500$. They are having the clunker cars hauled off to a junkyard. They are not doing anything to the vehicles to prevent them from running at the dealership. The junkyard has to be registered in on the clunker deal and theres paper work and certificates that have to be written out for each clunker car as the motor and drive train is not supposed to be reused via junkyard part sales. It has helped the local business here in my town. Lots of clunker deals taking place.
