I think those fenders look fine on a W300 along with the front valance and running boards. But without the valance and boards, it kind of looks like you put W300 fenders on a W200. So, I vote for running boards and valance.

Now, if you want to put W200 fenders on it, the front fender openings will be much taller and would make it look like a W200 on steroids.
