Tell you what, every town has at least 1 if not 10. Got one here named bonnie, and another named Donna and a few more barely worth remembering.
Seems like every damn one was too good to talk to me when I was a kid. Bonnie lost her looks when she flew through the window of her apartment above the shoestore the 17th time she pissed her boyfriend off. After the third time the guys she worked with enlightened him he got to whup her all he wanted cause everybody stopped caring. Donna, well her stock went down real quick too after her daddy wasn't Mayor any more.
Most fun I ever had was havin my coffee on the sidewalk in the village so I could inform the whole damn collection of them to step the hell away from my Lola. 1972, I was informed Nam Vets weren't welcome at the Legion, and a few other things, but I sure as hell was welcome as long as I was driving that car. NOPE, not a one of them was welcome to plant their ass in the passenger seat!
