new power wagon toy barn

i've acquired a new 5000 sqft toy power wagon commercial building with little to no insulation. i'm wondering if i could use the drilled water well to somehow cool it. i don't know the output of the well but it won't run out even after three days of steady drainage. could one plumb the line into a acoil and let it discharge out while blowing a fan against it. any ideas and places to buy a unit that will work with cold ground water would help. i thought about a swamp cooler but i don't want to raise the humidty in the shop. thanks matt
