Glass setting tape or bedding from a local glass shop. Easy to apply and no leakes on four previous trucks done. You either set the tape in the channel or use some adhesive to wrap it around the edge of the glass then install in the frame. After application i put a little oil on the glass and let it seep into the channel. It helps the rummer seal by making it swell a little.
