Rear spring pins

I am about to remove and replace rear springs with new springs. My question is how to you get the rear spring pins out? I have a WM300 and you can't drive them out as the frame mounted bracket is right on the frame so there is no where to drive it to as it would hit the frame?
I also need to get some new pins. These are the ones with the grease fittings on the ends. Does anyone know where I can get these?
Again, it's a 63 wm 300
Any help is appreciated.
