They all had stampings and mountings for panel hinges, as they were just altered panel stamp moulds.
You'll find those panel mounts on all Carryalls, and on the early 3/4 ton Carryalls you'll find that the passengers body side has a panel leaded in to fill over the spare wheel impression, which wasn't needed there on the 3/4 ton.
They didn't add or remove one piece of work they didn't have to, and of course you don't really see or notice the panel door mounts if you don't look for them. Notice your body has the pressings for the panel door centre closures and locks too?
