I didnt see the ? mark after the getrag. Yes as others have said that is the stock trans.

but there was two companys out there making conversion kits to put a NV4500 in place of the blown up getrags. I have seen quite a few 1989-1933 with this conversion done. Thats what my 1993 has in it now NV4500.

Either way that truck sounds like a good buy to me. You might also want to look over the wiring on the truck to make sure that it is all in good shape. They have been kown to have few problems in that area,, if people cobbled all kinds of extra crap on them. Like extra lights and horns and other red-neck stuff that they don't need. Or towed trailers that had way to many lights. (not that my trailer has to many lights, but thats it is 38 feet loing and has enough lights to be DOT legal but that still a lot of lights given the length)

I know because when I first got my 1993 I burned up a headlight switch within a week, then another one a few weeks later. I then asked around and found out that there is no relays on those thrucks and all the power for the trailer lights was running right thru the headlight switch, and melting it.

So wired in a separate switch for the trailer lights with a relay and have never melted another headlight switch since. It's been over 9 years now.

If its a original Colorado truck I don't think you will have to worry must about rust around the roof seems either or other places for that matter.

One other thing as Chris touched on the steering coupler are kown to be worn out, you can still get the rebuild kits for these at dodge if you want to stay original. Otherwise Borgeson offers a replacement steering shaft, and in my opinion thats the way to go.
