In reading on Turbo Diesel Register, many complain of G360 Transmission problems. They also recommend running a extra QT of transmission oil to better lube the front bearing. Advance Adapters does make a G360/NV-4500 conversion kit......if need be.
Based on what you shared with us, I feel $2500 is a good price. Wish I could find one like that here for $2500.
