Spitting, leaking fuel pump

The fuel pump on my 3/4 ton WC is shooting fuel out of the little hole in the side. Is that the sign of a torn pump diaphram?

It is an AC pump with the glass bowl. Anyone know the part number for a rebuild kit from NAPA, Autozone, O'Reilly, etc?

Anything special I should know about rebuilding this pump?
