I have seen Garwood winches on other early Dodges. My friend had a mid 60s W300 with a Garwood. My guess is you could in those days buy a pto winch package from Braden, Ramsey, Garwood, Koenig, etc., to fit the truck, either through the Dodge dealer or from the company.
