Ah - didn't think of that - makes sense tho. The truck does tow great, but sucks fuel. Since I only use it for hunting and towing the camp trailer - fun stuff - I don't seem to mind.
THe truck is a '53 with 32000 miles on it. Appears to be mostly original - was purchased a couple years ago by the current owner at a GSA auction in Elko - it was a forest service brush truck. Guy is asking $3800 which seems reasonable. Any thoughts?
